Whether you’re a start-up business or an established company with some social history, we love to use our experience to help social media and online marketing reach new heights.
SocialMyna celebrated its 14th birthday in 2025, and in that time we have worked with corporate and creative businesses to grow their audiences online.
Kaye Booth, Director, launched SocialMyna after years of marketing experience in a variety of sectors, Rachel Mellor joined her in 2015, and is now Business Development Manager. Behind the scenes we have an all female team of consultants who work directly with clients, create online content, and mean that we can offer a professional and personable experience.

Kaye - Director
I truly love what I do—helping individuals and businesses share their stories and promote themselves effectively online is incredibly rewarding.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me enjoying some well-earned downtime—walking the dogs, training my Barn Owl, getting lost in a good film, relaxing with music, or diving into a great book.
Likes: Beards, yoga, blue skies and walking my five fur kids (yes I did say 5), and Felix the Barn Owl.
Dislikes: Spiders, wind (it ruffles my feathers!) and chocolate flavoured puddings.
Favourite Places: Northumberland, Scotland and good ol’ Derbyshire mi duck!

Rachel - Business Development Manager
I joined SocialMyna in January 2015 and love it. The job is fun and flexible – perfect for a working Mum of three girls.
Apart from work and being a mum I love the cinema, eating out and dog walking.
Likes: cheese, summer nights and crime dramas.
Dislikes: Wasps, vinegar and waiting (it’s the Yorkshire in me).
Favourite Places: Canada (where my husband proposed), Sheffield (my hometown) and home with my family.
